Terms and Conditions

We would love to let you know about terms and conditions and other important travel tips that should be known by our beloved travelers/customers who are going to use our services:

1. Reservation & Booking Procedures

For those of you who are interested and would like to book our tour service, please do not be hesitated to send us a message via our company’s email, hotline number or WA Messenger. When we get your reservation–requested, we’ll book it, and there will be an official re-confirmation message that will be sent to you immediately by our management.

2. Payment System & Transaction.

Payments system and transaction should be done by cash in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or other foreign currencies such as: USD, EURO, GBP, etc. It will automatically be converted in to the current exchange-rate of our local Bank or Money Changer. You will get switch/bank code in invoice that you will receive.

3. Bank & Money Changers

We have some Banks with ATM service and money changer in Flores island. However,  Banks and Money changers have a different exchange-rate with International rate. It is because of  the small local Banks  and Money Changers. We have better rate only in well – developed touristic area like Jakarta, Bali and Jogyakarta. The credit card is accepteble some hotels, restaurants and mini markets.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you deal and book our service then you have transferred some deposit or settled all the tour payment to our account, and suddenly you cancel the tour with us for any reasons. It is not refundable.

5. Things to bring with   

Enough cash (IDR) for personal expenses, trekking/walking shoes, trousers, sweater, jackets, raincoat, good resistant of walking booth (in rainy season), sleeping bag for village tour program (if you sleep in the village), long sleeves, sun glasses, sun hat, mosquito spray, strong malaria prevention pill, sun lotion, towel, snorkel gear, swimming suit, portable flash light, sandals, camera, video camera, first aid box, passport, airline tickets and other important things which are not mentioned here.

6. Travel Insurance.

We would love to inform you that we do not include any kind of travel insurances during you use our service.
